A friend of mine posted this on one of the message boards I frequently visit

Well, Wednesday I went to a Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraiser dinner at the Lake CIty Tap House,   downtown Warsaw.  Our local Big Brothers Big Sisters embarked on a campaign this summer to recruit 100 new volunteers for Kosciusko County. We are about 20 volunteers so far reaching our goal of 100.

For those of you who know me on a more personal level, have noticed over the last few months I haven’t exactally been myself lately.  I’ve been irritable, depressed, sometimes downright mean and angry.

For those of you out there who also have Crohn’s Disease, I hope none of you ever come down with FIstulas.  I tell yah, I wouldn’t wish these things on my worst enemy, they hurt like you would not believe.

Well, my step-dad has been in the hospital for the last month, and we’re really worried he’s not going to make it. He’s supposed to get out of the hospital today, but he’ll need round the clock care for sure.

Welp, the makers of Zoomtext have done it again. They came out with a new, inexpensive product for the normal sighted community called ZoomWare.  You should check out the below video, its awesome!

Well, I just got around to upgrading my Wordpress blog from the old 2.33 version,  to 2.6,  and I must say, I am very impressed with this new version!

This summer, I’m taking CIS 280, which is a co-op internship class. My Guidance Counselor from school, found me a job at a web development company called Vision It Now. I just had to do it to complete my 96 hours of internship required for my degree. I couldn’t get paid for it, otherwise it would mess up Social Security, and that 1,500 “total household income” limitation crap, so I volunteered to do it for free for those 96 hours, but the job ended up not working out like I had hoped.
